  • Operates through audited smart contracts deployed on Arbitrum One
  • Uses upgradeable proxy contracts; implementations may be changed through governance

The Services do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making financial decisions.

#3.3 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The performance of the protocol
  • The accuracy of displayed information
  • The availability of the Services
  • Protection from losses

#4. Risks

  • Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
