#Wallet And Connectivity Issues
Most reports in this category come from wallet state, browser state, or expired local sessions rather than a protocol failure. Use the checks below before assuming that funds or orders are missing.
#Start With These Checks
- Use the official site and verify any URL against Official Links.
- Confirm your wallet is connected to Arbitrum One.
- Unlock your wallet and confirm the expected address is selected.
- Keep a small ETH balance on Arbitrum for wallet transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Refresh the page and reconnect your wallet if the session looks stale.
#My Wallet Will Not Connect
- Make sure your wallet is on Arbitrum One.
- Disconnect and reconnect the wallet.
- Confirm your wallet supports Arbitrum.
- Try a different browser if the connection flow never completes.
If the app still does not connect, capture a screenshot of the error state and include your wallet type when you ask for help.
#The App Loads, But My Account Data Looks Wrong
- Confirm the correct wallet address is connected.
- Wait a few seconds and refresh. Some balances and PnL fields update on oracle settlement.
- If you just placed an order, wait for the pending order to settle before assuming the state is wrong.
- If you switched browsers or devices, remember that 1-Click Trading sessions are local to the browser where they were created.
#My Deposit Or Withdrawal Transaction Is Pending In My Wallet
- Look up the transaction hash on Arbiscan before retrying.
- Confirm you still have enough ETH for gas.
- Wait for a final success or failure state before sending another transaction.
- If the transaction reverted, protocol state does not change.
If the wallet transaction succeeded but the balance still looks wrong, continue with Deposits, Withdrawals and Balances.
#1-Click Trading Stopped Working
- Sessions expire automatically after 24 hours.
- Clearing browser data or switching devices removes the local session key.
- Re-enable 1-Click Trading to create a fresh session key.
- If you are worried the key was exposed, revoke it immediately from the UI or on-chain.
For the full security model and revoke steps, see 1-Click Trading Security.
#What To Share If The Problem Persists
- Wallet address
- Transaction hash if a wallet transaction was involved
- Browser and wallet name
- Whether the issue happened during connect, deposit, withdrawal, or trade signing
- Screenshot or screen recording of the exact failure state
